Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver across Bengaluru (all 560xxx pincodes) from our dark stores, with express drops in 30–60 minutes.
Delivery is FREE on every basket above ₹99. Below that a flat ₹29 rider fee applies.
Live tracking for every order is available under My Space → Orders, from packed to rider on the way to delivered.
If a rider cannot reach you, we retry once the same day and then call the number on your order.

Sealed food, treats and litter can be returned within 7 days if unopened and undamaged.
Accessories, toys and pet fashion can be returned within 7 days in original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, opened food packs, grooming liquids and used chew toys cannot be returned unless damaged or expired on arrival.
Refunds land back on the original payment method within 3–5 working days; ZippyCash refunds are instant.
Wrong or damaged item? Share a photo from Help & Care within 48 hours and we replace it free.

We accept UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets through Razorpay. Cash on delivery is not available.
Zippy Club costs ₹10 a month and gives 10% off every order for 365 days of happy tails.
Failed or cancelled payment? Your basket stays intact and you can retry instantly from the basket.

We only collect your name, mobile number and delivery address to fulfil orders.
Mobile numbers are verified with a one-time password and never shared with third parties for marketing.
Pet photos uploaded to ZYNVO AI are used only to generate styling suggestions in that session.
